Aramis Lease complies with its obligations under the Data Protection Act and the Act on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic telecommunications sector. Our Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we will treat any personal information you provide us with when you use this website and the services we make available through it.
1 – Data Collection and Registration
Aramis Lease is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of its website and, as such, only collects personal information from those who provide it voluntarily and only uses it for the purposes for which it was provided.
The personal data collected by Aramis Lease is processed automatically and is used to manage the customer’s file, services and requests for support. The collection and processing of personal data is also intended to be used for contact by Aramis Lease for the purposes of:

2 – Rectification or deletion of data provided
2.1 – Provision of data and rectification
Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the user has the right to access and rectify their data, and Aramis Lease offers the customer permanent access to their data, thus enabling it to be rectified at any time.
2.2 – Free provision of data and acceptance of this privacy policy
Any user may freely choose whether or not to provide their data.
Filling in the customer form, contact form, request for quotes, reservations and newsletter subscription form is considered a voluntary provision of data and is understood as a declaration of acceptance by the customer of this privacy policy, as well as the processing and storage of this data by Aramis Lease for the commercial purposes for which it is intended.
Aramis Lease therefore reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until the customer expressly declares that they wish to delete it.
2.3 – Deletion of data
Although Aramis Lease does not undertake to store the customer’s data after the deadlines for renewing its services have passed and/or after the contract has been terminated without express notice, Aramis Lease will not be able to ascertain with certainty whether or not the customer wishes to remain registered as an Aramis Lease customer.
If it is in the customer’s interest to no longer be contacted by Aramis Lease and for Aramis Lease to no longer store their data, they must expressly request that their data be deleted from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information
Aramis Lease undertakes not to sell, rent or otherwise transmit to third parties any personal data sent by users of our website, without prejudice to doing so with the user’s authorization or when legally obliged to do so. Aramis Lease ensures that, to the extent required and feasible, appropriate technical measures have been adopted and organized to protect personal data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, alteration and/or unlawful dissemination of personal data.
